Every day has its own potential to be a PERFECT day!
As part of your morning routine, you should always visualise how you want your day to be.
First of all, what would make your day perfect?
Take your time to think. It’s absolutely important that you become aware of it.
It doesn’t need to be extraordinary things. Sometimes, the little things are the ones that make all the difference!
What you would like to have?
A nice cup of coffee? A warm and relaxing shower? A delicious lunch? Some “alone time” to go for a walk or read a book?
What things would you like to accomplish?
Finish that task on time? Talk to a friend that you haven’t been in touch for a while? Organise your wardrobe? Try something new for the first time?
What/Who would you like to see?
A special friend of yours? The sea? That amazing view from a rooftop? A relative that you look up to? Your pet friend?
These are only few examples that you can focus your mind on.
Even if you don’t have exactly the right start, you can still take a deep breath, get yourself together, let go of any negative thoughts (specially self-pity) and move on with your positive visualisations.
“Today is a perfect day for a perfect day.”
