My name is Carol, I’m a Physiotherapist, Pilates Instructor, Mother, Wife, Health enthusiast and I absolutely love to discuss wellbeing topics and spread love and positivity wherever I go.

I’m passionate about studying and reading about mindset, healthy recipes, body exercises, parenting and everything related to self-improvement, self-respect and self-love.

It’s about time to learn how to prioritise your wellbeing so you can become a better person and therefore a better partner and/or parent, a better professional, etc.

When all the components of your life are in balance, everything tends to flow easily.
